Editors Choice: What excited our editors about this beautiful home was the stunning location. A sunny area in one of our favorite arms of the Siltcoos lake. This is a quiet location out of the wind and out of the main boat traffic areas.

Solar Powered Island Home

Editors Choice: What excited our editors about this beautiful home was the island location. A sunny solar powered home on 6+ acres on Booth Island. A unique location, with approx. 1,000 Ft of Siltcoos Lake frontage.

Deadwood Land of Peace and Solitude:

Editors Choice: Not for everyone. This place is out in the middle of nowhere. A bit like going back in time, and out in the wilderness. What excited our editors about this land was the peaceful location. This land is miles from town and is a total getaway. The cabin is funky, and possibly a fixer. The creek, wildlife, peace and quiet would be a dream come true for the right person.

Swisshome River Front (Summer Swimming) Land:

Editors Choice: This land is in a beautiful location right on the river. Enough room for privacy and a place to get wet. What excited our editors about this land was the spectacular river frontage. The river is not just one to view from a distance, but a place to experience Oregon summers swimming in the river. Small town living in quiet part of Oregon that is near enough to everything one needs. The pictures do not do this land justice. You have to see in person.

Ocean Front Between Florence and Yachats:

Editors Choice: The drive is scenic beauty, and when you arrive the location is breathtaking. The beach is spectacular. Ocean front homes for sale on this scenic stretch of 101 are rare. What excited our editors about this property was the beach. We love this beach and many, if not all of the beaches go for miles in both directions.

Florence Ocean View Home:

Editors Choice: This neighborhood is really nice to walk in if you like walking. What excited our editors about this property was the beach itself, and the ability to walk the beach (or through neighborhoods) to the North Jetty. This is one of our editors favorite beach areas of Florence. A great place to live with miles of walking.
