Guatemala Taste Test: Mellow, smooth and smokey with a hint of cocoa. Well balanced in flavor and leaves a pleasant bitter-sweetness on the palate. No burnt flavor was detected which is rare these days.

Guatemala Feel Test: The overall flavor intensity is nice, it comes on strong and just keeps rolling so you taste it and taste and taste it after each sip. The buzz was a nice quality also.
